Two Honorary Doctorates Awarded to Serageldin by Azerbaijan Universities Serageldin is being awarded two Honorary Doctorates by Azerbaijan Universities: Azerbaijan Cooperation University and National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Institute of History.
